We want you to be completely satisfied with your Soeur purchase, which is why we offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all designer tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging and include the printed return form provided in the portal to ensure fast processing.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our atelier inspects the returned items, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
